Please use the contact form above and describe the issue in as much detail as possible — including your device type, operating system version, and what you were doing when the issue occurred. Screenshots are always helpful.
How do I partner with Hobbimate?
We love working with sports venues, clubs, and brands that align with our mission of connecting Australians through hobbies. Send us a message with "Partnership" in the subject line and we'll get back to you.
Can I suggest a new hobby to be added to the app?
Absolutely — we're always looking to expand our hobby list. Send us your suggestion via the contact form and we'll consider it for a future update.
How do I delete my Hobbimate account?
You can delete your account from within the app under Settings. If you need further assistance, contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you out.
Is Hobbimate available outside of Australia?
Hobbimate is currently focused on connecting Australians, but the app is available to download worldwide. We plan to expand to more regions in the future.
